Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Whooph mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Whooph is

Whooph is a personal dating assistant. It connects to messaging accounts you own (such as Telegram or WhatsApp), helps you keep track of the people you talk to, and suggests replies with the help of artificial intelligence. You stay in control of every message you send.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Whooph. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Your account is tied to your device. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your device secure, and for the messaging accounts you choose to connect.

4. Connected messaging accounts

When you connect a messaging account, you authorize Whooph to access it on your behalf to read the conversations you choose and to send the messages you approve (or, if you enable it, messages sent automatically). Whooph is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram, WhatsApp, or Meta. Automating a messaging account may conflict with that service's own terms and could lead to restrictions on your account; you use this feature at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

Use Whooph only for your own personal conversations, with people you are lawfully allowed to contact. You must not use the Service to:

• harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or spam anyone;
• contact or interact with minors;
• send unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content;
• violate the terms of any messaging service you connect;
• interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

6. AI suggestions

Replies, profiles, summaries, and other suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You decide what to send. You are solely responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including messages sent automatically when you enable auto-reply.

7. Community content

If you post tips, openers, or other content in the community area, you keep ownership of it but grant Whooph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Service. Community content is shown under an anonymous pseudonym. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

8. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whooph is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from messages you send, restrictions placed on your messaging accounts by third parties, or your interactions with other people.

11. Termination

You can stop using Whooph and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
